What We Do:

ODI is a cross-government organisation that works with government departments, disabled people and a wide range of external groups. We can support your department to involve disabled people and meet your strategic objectives. We can provide tailored advice, share tools and develop your skills – whether you work in a policy, communications or delivery role.

Leadership: The Office for Disability Issues leads the government's vision of achieving equality for disabled people.

Building skills: We guide government departments to find practical ways to involve and engage disabled people to meet departmental strategic objectives. We share our knowledge and experiences, and provide tailored advice.

Innovation: We test new policy ideas and new ways of delivering services.

If you are a policymaker or communicator, we can support you to include and represent disabled people in your work.
