| In September 2011 we asked our ‘Parent’ members to complete a ‘satisfaction survey’ for Parent Voice to which we received 297 responses. We are now pleased to publish the results of this survey which you can find following the link below.

We would like to thank everyone who completed the questionnaire and to let you know that we sincerely appreciate all your compliments, your complaints and your suggestions for improvement. We hope that the Summary Report reflects everyone’s views fairly.
The key message from the questionnaire seems to be that Parent Voice has made a difference for many families in many areas and we would like to extend this to many more members. It has also highlighted things that have not been executed so well and has suggested opportunities where parent Voice could improve - these will be the focus of our attention over the next 12 months.
Parent Voice will publish a response to these findings together with our improvement proposals in the next few weeks and the questionnaire will then be re-issued in September 2012 to gauge if these initiatives have improved member satisfaction.
