| What We Do: |
Contact a Family provides support, advice and information for families with disabled children. The Lady Hoare Trust, established in 1962, supports children under the age of 18 who have joint and limb disabilities, including arthritis. The Trust provides practical help to these children and their families via a network of specially trained fieldworkers, as well as financial help in the form of small grants. We also help other physically disabled children with rare conditions where there is no other organization or charity to offer assistance. We rely on donations for our work to continue. |
