What We Do:	Family Link is a scheme run and supported by Hampshire Children's Services and Health, where individuals, couples or families volunteer to look after a disabled child for regular and planned periods. This gives both the child and their parents a chance to spend some time away fro each other. There are various schemes across the county with individual contact addresses.
