| What We Do: |
This is a support group for parents, grandparents and carers of children with AD/HD. It is a place where you can give and receive support, as well as discuss ideas, techniques, concerns, surprises and challenges you may face with your children. This condition is very misunderstood by society in general, and can lead to isolation for children and their families. At this group you'll find out that you are not alone, and other parents will know exactly what you mean? We are regularly visited by a nurse therapist who specializes in AD/HD and runs 6-week parenting courses so we can brush up on our skills |
