| What We Do: |
A Hampshire wide project working with adults as well as children with learning disabilities/difficulties and their families from minority ethnic background. Our aim is to be a two way link between individuals/families and services. We provide information and signposting, support people to access services, run community awareness session on disability issues and support providers to identify and meet needs related to culture. |
