Carers Together has brought together its knowledge of caring in this web site. It is available for any carer in Hampshire including those living in cities, towns or rural communities

It is for people - relatives, friends or neighbours - who are looking after or concerned about another person. This may be because they are old and frail, have a disability, have a long or short term health condition. It may be because they are isolated or struggling to cope.

People can share their concerns, link to other carers, find out what is available to support them, help them to find where to find support, and find out about the Hampshire Carers Network.
